Some pain did creep back in about half an hour after I got up, but at only maybe 30-40% as bad as before. Any relief at all is worth 5 stars in my book. I'm honestly impressed. I have tried out the 6" and 10" wheels too. The 6" is uncomfortable to use on its own (it digs into my back a little too hard), but I've had some luck simultaneously rolling the 6" under my lower back and the 10" under my upper back. It spreads out my weight and makes it easier to use for longer. I don't typically suffer from back pain so I can't speak to it for pain relief, but my back feels a lot "looser" and well stretched after using the bigger wheels."
