"the product isn't bad. but. after about 2 months, the heating feature stopped working. I chatted with Chirp and they agreed to replace it. great. easy peasy. I waited a couple weeks. . . nothing. . . i called them, and i'm responsible for shipping my product back to them prior to them shipping me a replacement. The product is not small. its not light. its not a standard box you can pick up off the shelf at staples or the post office. i gave up. its pretty frustrating."
"I love the massage table but I'm rating it a 1 as this is my 3rd table where the heat isn't working properly. I'm going to need return again to get another replacement. If the heat worked properly, I'd rate this 5 stars. Chirp does back their warranty but it is an inconvenience to have to submit for a warranty replacement and package/ship the table back to Chirp. If they solve this issue, I highly recommend buying one."
"I have been using my contour for 3 months now. I truly believe that it has helped with my low back issues and i can definitelytell when i haven'tused it. My chiropractor has even said that I am adjusting much easier since I started using it. My only issue is that the heating function has messed up and turns off after only a few minutes of being on. . . . I need to file a claim for that."
"This is an amazing product. I had been going to a chiropractor for one year and the only relief was the roller table as my back would not pop. So this table with the roller down the entire back has been the relief I was needing for my back. Only suggestion would be for the HEAT to be down the entire table and a little hotter."

"My Dr. recommended I try the Chirp Contour Decompression Massage for chronic neck and back pain. The neck massage has been wonderful. The back massage is a bit "aggressive" for my body type. I folded up a polar fleece blanket to lie on, thus giving some cushion between my bony ribs and back and the rollers."
"I absolutely love the Chirp Contour Decompression . I have lots of back pain, The first time I tried the machine, I was in so much intense pain. But after several times of using it over several days, my back is definitely getting better. Just be mindful that when you are using the machine for the first few times, it hurts a lot. I love this machine and hopefully it will last way past the one year warranty period."

"I got this for my husband as his fathers day gift, he loves it! I tried it out as well and I do like it but I'm not a fan of the neck massager. I'm giving it five stars because it wasn't meant for me, and because my husband enjoys it, especially after his long work shifts. He does heavy physical work so this really helps his back."
