"I purchased this as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife but I was a little skeptical of how well it would do. This thing is incredible. The neck part starts squeaking

"The neck part starts squeaking after a month or so. Squeaking this loud that it's hard to enjoy the massager. We had a replacement shipped and the same happened to the replacement. It's overpriced for the quality and customer service."

This does what it says

"This does what it says it'll do. I love the decompressing and that is a big difference from all the other gadgets I have tried over the years. The neck massage is great too. It can be a little painful on your lower spine. I'm 5'5", so that may be part of that. I've found that placing a blanket or raising my hips helps with that area. My complaint is that it doesn't hit between your shoulder blades. That's a big area of tension for me and the rollers stop short of that area. The only other complaint is the length of the cord. It would be nice to move a bit farther from the wall. Overall, I enjoy it and am mostly glad I purchased it, but I'm not sure it's worth it for the high price tag. If we hadn't used HSA funds, I likely would have sent it back after the trial period."

"Easy ordering. Fast Shipping & Delivery. Had a very nice first session, but lower back was very sore and tender for the next one. Taking a break to let the tenderness subside. Nice contraption though. I think ill use it often."

"I have been in dental hygiene for 17 years, dentistry over 20. My neck and back are in constant pain and incredibly tight. My regular massage is over 100$ a visit so this seemed worth a try. I literally wish I bought this the day I saw it. I waited on it over a year, but actually recommended it to a patient because I trust this brand from using chirp products for years. My patient said it changed her life. So I bought it. This by far has surpassed my expectations for an at home massage. The deep tissue is wild and gets you everywhere it hurts. The neck massage is so powerful and has released years of tension for me. But the decompression is what really got me. I have never had my mid back and upper back feel so stretched and open. I have now recommended this to so many dental professionals or patients for various reasons. I brought this device into the office. All team members were blown away and either have or plan to purchase. Even the boss came to try and decided to buy one for each office- it is that good!"
