Feel Like Chirp isn’t working for you?
Try these helpful tips before you send your product back:
Use the Chirp Wheel consistently for at least 30 days.
Long-term, consistent use is where the magic really happens.
Painful first roll? Extra tight muscles can feel really uncomfortable when you first roll them out. Use a large gentle wheel, and take it slow & steady.
Not feeling anything? Try using a smaller wheel for more pressure.

Chirp US Return Policy—We're Here to Make it Easy
At Chirp, we’re all about providing relief that works for you. We know finding the right product can take a little trial and error. That’s why we give you 30 days to figure out if the Chirp product you bought is a perfect fit. If it’s not working out, don’t stress—we’ve got your back. Return it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
Easy Returns: Here’s How It Works

Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return your product. After that, we’re unable to accept returns.

Condition: The product needs to be in like-new condition. If it’s damaged or visibly worn upon inspection, we won’t be able to accept it.

If you added Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return shipping is on us.

If you’d like to try out another Chirp product by exchanging your product for another, we’ll waive the return shipping fee. If your product meets the condition requirements once we receive the return, you will receive a credit to gochirp.com to use towards your next purchase.

Return fee: If you did not purchase Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout and do not wish to exchange your product, you will receive a significantly discounted return shipping label. Please note that you must use the shipping label provided to you in the return portal.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

Final sale, open-box, or refurbished items

Opened Halo pads. If the packaging is torn, we cannot accept the pads back.

Damaged products. If it’s not in like-new condition, it can’t be returned.

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
Tip: Keep track of your package’s tracking info. We’re not responsible for any lost packages once they’re in the carrier’s hands.
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up, depending on your payment method.
What About In-Store or Amazon Purchases?
If you bought Chirp products from a retailer (like Target, Best Buy, or Amazon), please return it directly to them per their policy.
