Chirp Wheel Return Policy
From the day your Chirp Wheel is delivered, you have 100 calendar days to return it. We recommend using the Chirp Wheel every day for 30 days to give your body enough time to adapt. If you’re not sure you’re using the Chirp Wheel correctly, contact us through Customer Service or find answers by reading our blog.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75. If you didn't qualify for free shipping for your purchase, you don't qualify for free shipping on returns.
How to return:
Step one: Make sure you’re eligible for returns.
If you are returning your wheel before the 100 days is up, make sure the wheel is in like-new condition. We will not accept wheels that have been damaged from negligence.
If you’re not sure of the date your Chirp Wheel was delivered, contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your wheel was damaged or defective when you received it, you are eligible for an exchange. Please see our exchange policy.

Within 1–2 business days, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. The shipping label will be sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase.
If you are not eligible for a return, then you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team.
Step three: Send it back.
Print your label and drop it off to the designated carrier stated on the label (FedEx, UPS or USPS). We’re sorry it didn’t work out, but we hope that you can find some back pain relief!

Chirp Wheel Warranty/Exchange Policy
Up to 10 years after you purchase a Chirp Wheel and that wheel breaks from normal use, you can exchange it for a new one. If your Chirp Wheel was damaged from negligence (your dog chewed on it or you ripped the cushioning off) it will not be eligible for exchange. To begin the exchange process, we will need proof of defect or damage, so do not throw your wheel away. Take a picture of it and include it in the exchange form below.
How to exchange:
Step one: Make sure you’re eligible for exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your wheel for a new one because it cracked from normal use, follow steps 2 and 3. If your wheel was damaged from negligence, we will not exchange it for a new one (before or after the 100 calendar days).

Step three: Get a new wheel!
Your wheel will be sent to the address you provided in the exchange form. Please hold on to your damaged wheel and wait for instructions on what to do next, we may need it back and will email you a return shipping label.
While return/exchange shipping is free within the 100-day trial period, any original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Free returns applies to the U.S. only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If you have purchased through Kickstarter or Indiegogo, free return shipping will not be applied.
Other products: You have 30 days to decide whether or not you like it. If you want to return it within those 30 days and it isn’t damaged from negligence you can return it. Our Returns Department will inspect each product, If it is returned damaged, we will not process your refund, and Customer Service will notify you.
