We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Chirp products as we are. Our 30- Day At-Home Trial gives you 30 days to figure out if the Chirp product you bought is a perfect fit. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is in like-new condition. For products purchased from an authorized dealer or Amazon their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

The Fine Print

  • Returns accepted for items in like-new condition.
  • Free return shipping if you added “Free Returns + Package Protection” at checkout, or if you’re exchanging for another Chirp product.
  • If not, no worries – we’ll send you a discounted return label. Just make sure you use the label we provide through the return portal.

Cannot return:

  • Final sale/open-box/refurbished items
  • Damaged items
  • Opened Halo Pads with torn packaging
  • Orders outside the U.S.

Start by clicking below to request a return or exchange. Once we approve it, we’ll email you a return label and you can ship it back. Tip: Keep track of your package’s tracking info. We’re not responsible for any lost packages once they’re in the carrier’s hands. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up, depending on your payment method.
