Chirp Warranty Information
Chirp powered and non-powered devices come with a one year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your Chirp product stops functioning correctly within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge after a little inspection. We’ll also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for a repair.
This warranty excludes:
(a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
(b) Units taken out of the US
(c) Units subjected to unauthorized repair
(d) Units not used in accordance with Chirp care instructions
(e) Damage exceeding the cost of the product
(f) Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises
(g) Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase, and serial number on your device
(h) Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
(i) Cosmetic damage caused my normal wear and tear such as scratches or foam wrinkles.
(j) Customized products with corporate logos, images, and likeness in any form including but not limited to custom decals, laser etching, or other forms of customization.
If anything happens, please contact us here. Please do not try and repair products yourself, as this will void your warranty.
