Warranty Coverage
All Chirp products include a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use beginning on the date of delivery. An extended warranty may be available for purchase at checkout or within 30 days of purchase by reaching out to reliefteam@gochirp.com
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Chirp or authorized retailers.
This warranty is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:
  • The product was used in accordance with all instructions and precautions provided in this manual, and solely for its intended purpose.
  • The product has not been disassembled, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized manufacturer representative.
  • The product has been properly maintained and cared for as described in this manual.

Chirp may provide one of the following remedies:

Option 1: Replacement Part
When applicable, Chirp may provide replacement components, accessories, pads, straps, chargers, or other service parts.
Option 2: Product Replacement
If replacement parts are unavailable or the defect cannot reasonably be corrected, Chirp may replace the product.
Option 3: Refund or Store Credit
If replacement inventory is unavailable, Chirp may provide:
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
The selected remedy will be determined by Chirp based on product condition, inventory availability, and claim circumstances.

 Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product serial number (when applicable)
  • Description of issue
  • Photos or video demonstrating the issue when requested
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent claim approval.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Damage Caused By
  • Accidents 
  • Abuse 
  • Misuse 
  • Neglect 
  • Improper storage
  • Improper cleaning
  • Unauthorized repair attempts
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial use unless approved by Chirp

Product Conditions Not Covered
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Foam compression or wrinkles
  • Scratches, dents, and discoloration from normal use
  • Consumable components including Halo Pads after opening
  • Damage occurring during customer transportation
  • Water damage
  • Fire damage
  • Natural disasters

Purchase-Related Exclusions
  • Missing proof of purchase
  • Missing or altered serial numbers
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Counterfeit products

Shipping for Warranty Service

For approved warranty claims:
  • Chirp will cover shipping costs associated with warranty replacement or repair.
  • Customers may be required to return products for inspection before a remedy is approved.
  • Chirp may request destruction of the defective unit instead of return when appropriate.
 
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chirp's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Chirp shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
