Have a product issue? Let’s figure it out.
All Chirp products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing
defects. If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace your product after a
quick inspection – free of charge. If your device needs to come back to us for
repair, we’ll also cover the shipping.
What our warranty does not cover:
(a) Damage caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, or transport
(b) Units taken outside the U.S.
(c) Units that have been opened or repaired without authorization
(d) Products not used according to Chirp care instructions
(e) Damage that exceeds the value of the product
(f) Issues caused by improper or abnormal storage conditions
(g) Missing or invalid proof of purchase or missing device serial number
(h) Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
(i) Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, foam wrinkles)
(j) Customized products (e.g., corporate logos, decals, laser etching, or any other
form of customization)
