"I’ve had my Contour since December 2025 and used it everyday! It’s the only massager that actually worked for me. Last month the remote starting malfunctioning…it took one call to Chirp customer service and they had a new one sent to my home within the week. Great product and great customer service!"

"I give the device five stars. It's wonderful, and I felt better after the first use. I'm a week or so in, and I use it every other day. I feel much, much better. The delivery was an adventure. I was told they couldn't deliver it because they needed a gate code. . . there is no gate. After the runaround from the delivery folks at OnTrac (Google their reviews), it was finally delivered, but left in the middle of the driveway, not on the porch."
