reat 10-15 minute unplug from life. I turn on some music and just relax. I use it just as much for my mental health as I do for relieving muscle tension.
My first unit had the heating element fail after a couple of weeks but Chirp was incredibly fast to replace it with a brand new unit. Perfect addition to the Halo pad lineup. Get perfectly to my tension points. I would have bought the Halo just for this pad. It’s a bonus to have the others!
