"This particular product has been great not just for post workout self-massages on your muscles to loosen them up but also if you have restless leg syndrome due to working out or just in general, before bed I use different roller attachments on my calves specifically but also on my feet. The different roller attachments that come with it are easy to change out but also sturdy, lock in tight and the weight to it tells you this is not some cheap plastic device. How the locking mechanism works is quite complicated looking at it in design and function only. But as I said, easy to change out different ones but it they lock in so tight and sturdy. The weight of each roller helps too with the self massaging aspect of it. As I said in the title, I love every product. I also have the foot roller, the neck roller (which is amazing to just rest under your neck and lay down. It has gotten rid of many headaches just doing that and letting the pressure points do their job on it. I also have a set of the wheels and use them for my back but also for posture while working in my office chair. Just putting one behind your back while working will straighten you out and feels good doing it. Foot massager, self explanatory, great for feet and the design of it for its function is perfect. Small, compact, light but with just the right amount of weight and sturdiness. Finally the Chirp Wheel+ vibrating wheel with 3 different settings. This one has some real weight to it and is smaller than the second wheel down from the largest but not the same size as any other. In between the second one down and third with the wheel set. This one is great for your back to roll on, to put behind your back in a chair, to put against the wall and squat up and down. I have even placed it under one calf at a time before bed for restless leg syndrome."

Q&A

Is it possible to buy the roller and the piece that isn’t just flat instead of the 3 in one? Because I already have the smallest roller. Also I’m looking for it as a gift for someone recovering from knee surgery and wondering if he’s benefit from this now that the boot is off he’s just still very stiff!
