A: Yes. It’s designed to fit any Chirp Contour.

Q: Can I store the Contour with a Comfort Cover inside the Protective Case?

A: Yes. It has enough room to fit both.

Q: Does the Protective Case come with the Contour?

A: No. It’s sold separately from the Contour. We do have an [Ultimate Relief Bundle], which includes the Contour, Contour Protective Case, and two additional rollers.

Q: Can I use the protective case for traveling with the Contour?

A: Yes. It has four large handles for easy carrying, great for road trips and everyday travel. However, it’s not intended for heavy-impact handling, like checked airline luggage.

Q: Where can I store the Contour with a Protective Case? 


A: Just about anywhere. Most people prefer to store it in a closet or under their bed. 
Avoid damp spaces and anywhere it could take heavy damage.

Q: Is the Protective Case waterproof? 


A: No. It is not designed to prevent water damage. If the case comes into contact 
with liquid, pat it dry with a towel immediately.

Q: Can I put my Protective Case in the washing machine? 


A: No. Hand wash it with a damp cloth and air dry only. Do not submerge 
in water, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.

(f) Issues caused by improper or abnormal storage conditions


(g) Missing or invalid proof of purchase or missing device serial number


(h) Products purchased from unauthorized retailers


(i) Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, foam wrinkles)


(j) Customized products (e.g., corporate logos, decals, laser etching, or any other
form of customization)
