"I got the Chirp for my husband and he LOVES it!! It is taking me some time to get use to the intensity. Even with the softest rollers, I have a couple spots that are just too tender. . . which probably means I need to do it more!! My husband is doing it before his bike workout and after! He says it is making a huge difference! The part on the neck is amazing!!"

I didn't order this item,

"I didn't order this item, I believe this is what's in the box that was sent to my house. I immediately contacted customer service to flag that a package from Chirp was sent to me. It was painful dealing with the team who insisted I run around trying to print labels/drop off the large package. In the end they just told me their hands were tied and to just keep the package. Really not happy"

This is a little bit

"This is a little bit weird at first but honestly I love this thing. I love the massage chairs when getting a pedicure and this mimics it. It was a little confusing at first but I love the different inside rollers and that the neck and back are separated. I also love that it has the warming option. Overall, I am so happy and it's fairly lightweight and easy to store away"

Heat stopped working

"The heat stopped working after about 4-5 months and Chirp was good about honoring the warrantee. However, I have not yet received an estimate for the replacement and the bigger issue is that I had to spend $67. 00 on a box large enough to return the Contour. I emailed them four days ago about my dissatisfaction and have not yet heard back from them. I’m sure the replacement will eventually arrive, but it looks like I’m out the money for the box. Buyer beware."

"I use both the contour massager and the halo in combination for significant reduction in neck pain. Use it in the morning before golf and at night after. You feel the difference after a couple of days. Highly recommend to keep you mobile."

"This was a replacement for a massager we had for 2 months when the heat stopped working. The heat on this replacement massager stopped working after 3 days. Not happy but not returning either. Would rather use without heat than be without it for another 3 weeks."
