needs improvement for a premium priced product

"Overall the Chirp halo wireless set works good for recovery and proper muscle stiffness/pain relief. For the premium price point I cannot justify how this stands out from lower end models. 1. The pad sets, they lose the sticky really fast, they do not properly stay in place and tend to slowly peel. I had to use extra kinesiology tape to help keep them applied. If you are a hairy person you certainly will need extra support to keep this latched to your body. the sense of them falling off every 20 seconds was not pleasing at all. 2. The halo set itself, needs work, constantly losing connection and would randomly stop working wanting to "repair" or one side would work stronger than the other. 3. The metal connection points need to be adjusted. No part of the body has a flat surface and the halo wireless not being flexible at all does not properly attach to the pad set even if it is magnetized. Due to the magnetized connection point design being horizontal (Left to right) The design needs to change to a Vertical (up and down) design to connect and fit easier on all shapes and sizes of the body. I have bought my product and have used it daily for about 2 weeks now and I enjoy it, but due to the issues im dealing with, I am returning it. I would prefer more quality in a product with a premium price point. It would benefit the Chirp team if they produced straps instead of relying on the sticky adhesive. The weight of the halo itself on the pads tends to work against the adhesive and if it won't get stronger adhesive then it's bound to detach or lose its qualities faster. If there are competitors who can create the same product at a fraction of the price with more modes/settings w/ better longer lasting adhesives and a better design how does one justify selling a price point like this? To me the answer is simple, Improve the design, the fitting, the attachments, and find an easier connection point and market this for its quality OR create a subscription model that is marketed more like a use and reuse type of model but some quality and design functions could go away or become less. There are a few ways to help further this product and I am sure the team are Chirp will find ways to create them. No disrespect on my review or any bias, I wanted to provide a brief outlook on this device and my personal experience with it. I am an athlete across many different sports and I take my recovery and health seriously. Chirp is doing well and on the right track for helping the recovery process and finding ways to innovate. I wish you well in the future and I may be back as a customer and if I can help any other way, I will surely try to do so. Appreciate allowing me try this product out and experience the support and relief this product has provided me."
