When we do yoga at home, if we can't get to a gorgeous location as pictured above, we love to create a calming zen atmosphere and really get into it. We love calming music, nature sounds, candles and incense. Obviously this isn't always necessary, but we find it really makes yoga a more memorable experience, and a treat!
