At Chirp, we believe in helping others #FEELGOODDOMORE. Now more than ever, it's time to DO MORE and take an active stand against racism.

To our Black community, we stand with you. We recognize nothing will change without anti-racism action, and that is why we have developed a plan to combat racism and discrimination in our company and community.

Effective Immediately at Chirp: 

• We are continuing to implement new procedures to ensure equal pay across race, gender, sex, and age
• We are actively seeking more opportunities to increase diversity among our employees, influencers, models, and representatives
• We are committed to a zero tolerance policy towards racism and discrimination in our company

While we have always held these values, we understand silence is not an option, and we hope our actions continue to speak even louder than our words.
