 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:                                                                   

ARE THERE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES? 

Yes. You are free to return the Plexus Wheel anytime after purchase! So if you want to purchase it now for the holidays, but want to be able to return it if it doesn't work for your back or your loved one's back, you are totally fine to do so. 

In order for us to give a full exchange or refund to our customers, we require a thorough inspection of the item(s) in question, making sure they are in good form and quality before proceeding.              

Packing slip or emailed order invoice must be included.  If you have misplaced your invoice, you may alternatively include a note with your name, email address, and order number.  Please also include a note of why your order is being returned/what you would like in exchange.

 FULL REFUND: cost that was paid for product. Shipping is not refunded on any order. 

REFUND PERIOD: 

When we receive your package we will refund you within 7 business days, where you will receive an email stating that the refund has taken place. Please note that depending on your bank it can take up to 2 weeks to show up on your credit statement. 

FORMATTING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:                                                                

Please advise reason for the return for our records. Place the information inside the return package along with the item(s). Mail return and exchange packages to:
