This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) applies to your interaction with Chirp “Chirp,” “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the normal course of business and through our website at https://gochirp.com/ ( “Site”) or any online or mobile site or application that we own and control (collectively, “Services”). For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), this notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and in general in observance of the principle of transparency set forth in the GDPR.
