Butterfly Back Roll
Like a traditional roll out for your back, but with the variation of moving your arms up and down while rolling to open up different muscle areas along the spine.
Inner Thigh Roll
Put one leg through the 10" Firm Wheel and place the other leg on top of the wheel; applying pressure to the inner thigh. Rock back and forth to roll out tight muscles.
Using the 6" of 4" wheel, place your calf muscle on top of the wheel. Then cross your other leg on top of that one to apply pressure while rolling back and forth.
