Who is eligible to become an authorized Plexus Retailer?
If you are a brick and mortar retailer with a retail store front who is interested in helping people find premier back pain products made from innovative technology, then Plexus wants to speak to you!
Can I sell Plexus products outside the country in which I was authorized to sell?
No. Authorized Plexus Retailers are only allowed to sell within the country and territory in which they were approved. This is due to several factors including warranty repair/replacement, international pricing, and customer service.
Does Plexus have a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy?
Yes. Plexus requires all authorized Retailers agree to and abide by a MAP policy. Plexus reserves the right to terminate any business relationship with companies that violate this agreement.
