Vegan GF Beach Day Energy Balls

Get your week rolling right, with this super easy and delicious 15-minute recipe!  They're healthy and taste like a summer beach day exploding in your mouth.  Yes please.

Also if you haven't tried Temple Tumeric juices, you are seriously missing out!  They're so amazing and you can most likely find them at a health store near you.


  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zested


  1. Combine ingredients in food processor /blender and blend until not quite smooth.
  2. Roll into balls (the size of cookie dough balls) and top with extra coconut if you so desire.
  3. Refrigerate until firm!
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
